I’ve tried to install the Excel addin … but I get an error dialog box titled "Microsoft Visual Basic" with the message "Automation Error" inside it.

I’ve tried to find answers online (and here) but haven’t found anything that’s helped.

The "Addins" tab won’t show up on my Ribbon, so I can’t get access to the features I need for excel automation …

… any suggestions / help?
