#1 Have they fixed the maximizing issue? I remember they added the ability to maximize to individual monitors, but it wasn't at true maximize, it still had the window borders, just stretched out.
#2 If you play a game on your primary monitor, not using all 3 monitors, can you have your other 2 monitors not go black without using windowed mode? I often like to watch videos or read websites while I'm in game and windowed mode often has a drastic FPS loss.
Reason I ask is I will have my 2 evga titan gtx sc's on monday. I'm currently running 3xAsus VG236H monitors @ 120hz and I have 580 GTX SLI + 520 GT to power them all in extended desktop. I know that the Titans can accomplish this now with 2 DVI and 1 HDMI cable if I want to continue to run extended desktop, but I'm trying to get a nice medium of being able to play games in surround if I want, but if I don't, I want to still be able to utilize my other monitors without running windowed mode and maximizing windows actually maximizing as they would on extended desktop or if you were just using a single monitor.
Thank you for your help!
edit. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate
