Healthy Mini "Peanut Butter Cups"

Oh man, I think this is my best creation yet! I am a DIE HARD Reese’s fan, but I do not like indulging in them UNLESS it is my cheat! So, I created these healthy peanut butter cups that are simple to make and taste really good! They are a great alternative to the real thing and satisfied my sweet tooth! This is for ALL you Peanut Butter lovers out there:)

Ingredients for the bottom layer:
1 tsp melted coconut spread or oil
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp truvia
1/2 scoop of Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein
6 mini cupcake liners

Steps for the bottom layer:
1.Mix together all of the ingredients and fill the mini cups half way and freeze for 10-15 minutes

Ingredients for the top layer:
3 tsp of plain chobani
2 tsp all natural peanut butter
1/2 scoop of Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein
1 tsp truvia
1 tsp melted coconut oil or spread

Steps for top layer:
1. Remove the base layer from the freezer
2. Spread the top layer over the chocolate layer
3. Cover and freeze for about 30 minutes, until frozen
4. Let them sit out at room temp for 10 to 15 minutes then eat em up before they start to melt!
